How long does shipping take?

We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information when your items ship. Shipping time is then dependent upon the USPS and varies depending on which delivery service you select at checkout.

Can I make changes to my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please email us within 24 hours with your order number, and we'll do our best to accommodate any changes. However, once a tracking number is provided, we're unable to make any modifications. We'll email you if we're able to accommodate the requested changes.

I haven't received my package. What should I do?

Occasionally, packages are improperly scanned and marked as delivered as much as a week before they actually are. The post office generally advises waiting a week past the delivery date to take action. If your package says it was delivered and you have not received it, please work through these steps:

  1. Contact your local post office and provide your tracking number to see if they can locate it.
  2. Contact your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered there.
  3. File a Missing Mail claim with USPS.
