www.preachitteachit.org/ask_roger/did-the-israelites-really-walk-across-the-water/amp is a fantastic article detailing the geography of the Jordan River and the geological intricacies involved for an earthquake to cause a landslide for the Israelites to be able to cross the Jordan when and how they did.
www.biblewalks.com/earthquakes lists all the documented earthquakes in the area and includes interesting links at the bottom of the webpage.
www.christianitytoday.com/ct/2022/february-web-only/miracles-philosophy-skepticism-laws-nature.html is an article describing how miracles violating natural law is a philosophical concept rather than a scientific concept. It explains how things can happen outside of natural law without violating natural law.
The Case for Miracles by Lee Strobel is a chapter book for age 12 and up.
The Case for Miracles for Kids by Lee Strobel is for ages 6-11.

There are numerous resources students can look up showing archeological excavations at Jericho which confirm that the massive wall made of mud bricks collapsed at the time of the conquest around 1400BC. There are also resources that show the Dead Sea sediment core has a distinctive mixed sediment layer which is evidence of a major earthquake around that time.

Week 3
Jesus and Women by Kristi McLelland is an excellent study for ages 12 and up.
The Pilgrim’s Progress by John Bunyan is an allegory of the Christian’s journey to the promised land of heaven. There are several easy reader versions of this book if needed. Dangerous Journey by Oliver Hunkin makes a good read-aloud of this story with big pictures. There’s an excellent movie of the story by RevelationMedia. Answers in Genesis also has a curriculum to study this book.
